Many modalities work to one degree or another. I am not saying that these patches work 100% of the time in 100% of the cases but personally I have found Lifewave patches to be the most effective tool I have used in the past 20 years.

I have used many modalities including micro current, lasers, and magnets and while I have gotten good results with all of them these patches are the first thing I try in almost any case. I use them for pain, organ problems, prostates, adrenals, allergies and internal problems, sleeping, stress, problems. I have been amazed to find that I am now using the patches in cases that I used to use nutrition.

You can easily learn how to use the patches from the booklets that are given when you buy the patches, but those booklets are designed for people with no training of any kind.
